If the world is changing at the pace of a hare, education is moving at tortoise speed. And in this real life tale, I don’t think the tortoise is going to win unless he gets some bionic legs. We need to enact changes in education NOW if our kids are going to be ready for their futures. There are myriad issues to think about in global education, but here are the 3 biggies:

• global equity and education for all
• global citizenship (working together on a global scale)
• helping young people develop skills to successfully navigate an uncertain future.

One of the reasons I created this blog is to share information, interviews, resources and opinions on those three topics as my small contribution to fan the flames of a global education revolution. I hope you’ll join me for the sake of our students and our future.
